There is a group of international famous professors and foreign teachers are responsible for teaching, consulting and management。

Professor Yifa CAI, Chairman & CEO of Talent International Education Group，is the fellow of the RSA and has been working at different positions, such as Heads, PhD supervisors, Professor in some famous British Universities and colleges. Since 1990, Professor CAI has been doing research and teaching at various institutions in the UK, including Imperial College (University of London), Kingston University, University of Abertay Dundee, Heriot-Watt University, Queen Margaret University College and The International College Britain. He started Sino-UK education collaboration in 1991, and set up the educational and cultural collaboration between the two countries.

The Sino-Scottish Institute was establish at University of Abertay Dundee in Scotland in September 1995. He set up the South East Asia Unit at Heriot-Watt University in July 1997, Talent International Company (China) Ltd in December 1997, and the International College Britain in Edinburgh in June 1999.These organizations have been making great contributions to the educational and commercial cultural exchange between the UK and China.
